How do I return an item?


Returns and Exchanges
Approved items may be returned for exchange or refund subject to AFMO return policy. All product returns MUST HAVE a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by an authorized representative of AFMO.

RMA MUST be written clearly on outside of box. All return/exchanges without visible RMA will be refused and returned to shipper at shipper's expense.

Returns:
NEW merchandise may be returned for refund up to 10 days from original receipt date (No refunds on used merchandise; exchange/store credit only). All returns must include the original sales receipt. AFMO does not refund any shipping charges and all returns must be shipped to AFMO at customer�s expense. To qualify for a refund merchandise must arrive in new condition with original label/tickets still intact. AFMO will refuse or not process any return made without an RMA number.

AFMO.com does not issue refunds on Military Surplus, Gas Masks, Used Merchandise, Large Quantity Purchases (over 5 of any one item), or Special Orders.

�By law, AFMO reserves the right to take up to 30 days from date of cancellation, or receipt and inspection of merchandise to post refunds to purchasing credit card�.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all merchandise refunds of $75 or more.

Exchanges:
Merchandise may be exchanged for up to 30 days from original receipt date. All exchanges must include original sales receipt. Customers must return merchandise to AFMO with shipping �Pre-paid�. Merchandise must arrive in new condition with original label/tickets intact. Military Surplus, Gas Masks, Used Merchandise, Large Quantity Purchases, and Special Order Merchandise sold �ALL SALES FINAL�. No Refunds, No Exchanges.

Cancellations:
AFMO's posted policy is �All orders processed by AFMO will usually ship out within 3-4 weeks.� Any order cancelled within this 3-4 week time period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15%.

For Your Protection:
AFMO suggests you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express, or any service that will be able to track packages and confirm delivery. AFMO is not responsible for lost or mis-directed packages.

To request your RMA, please call 1-800-282-3327. RMAs are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

All Returns/Exchanges will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition with tags still intact.

Return Shipping
All returns must be shipped to AFMO.com FREIGHT PREPAID. If it is determined that the return is due to manufacturers quality or AFMO error, freight charges will be refunded in full.
