I have been wearing this boot now for about a month.  I have been on several search warrants and other field operations while wearing these boots.  They were comfortable since the first day and did not need a break in period.  The soles of the boots grip well in a variety of conditions.  They feel as if I'm wearing a running shoe.  I have tried a number of different boots since 1987 when I was in the Army and also since I've been in law enforcement.  These boots will have to rate in the top three of my favorite boots.  I can't say enough good things about AFMO either.  Quality all around.
