Return or exchange any AFMO supplied product in new condition with the original tags in place and in the original box within 30 days for a full credit subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credits can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Our customer must contact AFMO for a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) before returning the product . The RMA # must be on the outside of the box. Credit issued upon inspection and approval. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA #).
All Returns must be accompanied by the original AFMO sales receipt or packing slip.
No Shipping or Restocking charges will occur for replacement merchandise
Merchandise shipped incorrectly by AFMO may be returned within 30 days of receiving product. The correct model will then be shipped to customer.
