The boots are great, I was a little worried because they where the lower end in price,, but the boots are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever owned,, and I will be buying another pair!

You get what you pay for, and more

I bought these boots back in November (2011) and have pretty much became my "wear em everywhere" footwear.
I mainly purchased them for the coming winter weather, but have not been able to review them on snow. Nonetheless, these things have great grip on all terrain, whether you're walking on concrete and asphalt, or on slippery wet grass (up and down hill).
As far as comfort goes, they were good before the (short!) break in, and have gotten even better since. I work in a wet environment, and even so these boots grip ladders with ease, support my arches when running, and absorb impacts very well.
**The best part of this boot is of course the side zipper. Putting on, and taking off these tough boots is a breeze. The boots have kept their composure and fit after only tying them once, almost 3 months ago.
All in all this is one of those products that you get more than what you pay for. They're great, and AFMO was very helpful with the shipping. Thanks AFMO crew.
